This includes managing interactions with external banks, orchestrating payments, and providing the foundational infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Additionally, the team is responsible for risk‐related services, specifically credit risk management and fraud detection. We move quickly, think boldly, and trust each other to challenge the norm. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Core Team,



you'll play a critical role in engineering the backbone of our payment platform. You will be responsible for the technical quality and delivery of complex systems that impact multiple services and product teams across the company. Here's What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Engineer core platform domains: you will contribute to the design and evolution of our most sensitive systems – such as the Transaction Ledger, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Payment Orchestration. You'll ensure these engines remain high‐performant, scalable, and functional for our product teams to integrate with. Scale risk & financial engines: you will optimize and implement services dedicated to bank integrations, credit risk, and real‐time fraud detection. You'll build the robust logic that protects our "source of truth" and secures Satispay's financial ecosystem. Cross‐team technical leadership: you will drive technical analysis
