This role combines technical support, post‐sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.
About the Role
Professional Requirements:
Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications




Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
Team player with the ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers remotely and on‐site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing)
Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting on security systems
Deliver technical training (pre‐ and post‐sales), both in‐person and online
Offer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad)
Analyze technical specifications and international project tenders
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of t
