Experteer Overview As a Campus Construction Manager at Digital Realty, you will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of data center construction projects from new builds to fit-outs and upgrades. You ensure on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will shape design, scope, and execution programs and lead cross-functional teams on-site with clear governance. This role offers the chance to impact scalable, mission‐critical infrastructure and work within a globally connected platform. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver reliable data center solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage multiple data center campus construction projects end-to-end (design, tendering, construction, commissioning/hand-over).
Oversee and monitor on-site works and progress.
Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and manage project teams.
Manage contracts and procurement follow-up (including major equipment).
Act as the owner of quality, schedule, cost, HSE,



and overall project delivery.
Manage and supervise contractors and service providers, providing guidance and support.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag savings/overruns to protect target values and ensure predictable capacity delivery.
Promote and role‐model a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork.
Responsabilità Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or similar mission‐critical environment.
Strong experience with project management methodologies, including multi-project environments.
Proven experience in continuous process improvement, including defining and managing metrics and KPIs.
Experience working in an international environment.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
