In this Team Sales Leader role for Lombardy and Northern Italy, you guide and coach a mixed sales team while actively managing key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and revenue. You define targets with the Sales Director and translate the broader strategy into actionable plans, balancing leadership with hands‐on account management. You build strong client relationships, develop strategic account plans, and pursue upsell and cross‐sell opportunities. This position combines people leadership with direct sales impact in a dynamic, customer‐centric environment.
