Overview Customer Solutions Manager – Protected Categories (L.68/99 Art.1) in Rome, Italy. Full‐time on site.
Responsibilities Guide the largest and most complex Italian customers through their multi‐year journey to the cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross‐functional AWS teams (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, product/engineering) to deliver outcomes efficiently.
Plan and support major workload migrations and other technical initiatives.
Translate strategic account plans into executable actions, working backwards from key customer milestones.
Drive the execution of education plans, roadmap alignment, executive briefing sessions, go‐live events and transitions.
Act as a peer leader, securing stakeholder buy‐in, negotiating, and leading virtual teams.
Advocate for and evangelize AWS services, guiding customers toward the adoption of new solutions.
Manage day‐to‐day delivery of customer success, continuously improving adoption and customer experience.
Qualifications Experience leading complex,
large‐scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs.
Proven customer‐facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to C‐suite/VP level.
Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and attention‐to‐detail skills.
Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services and a solid understanding of key technology and market trends.
Holding an AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (preferred).
Strong problem‐solving abilities and excellent executive communication skills.
Benefits & Compensation Base salary: €55,500 gross annually (full‐time). Part‐time salary pro‐rated. Risk of higher level/salary based on skills.
Package may include a sign‐on payment and eligibility for a restricted stock unit scheme operated by Amazon.com, Inc., USA.
