Experteer Overview In this role you will support Medpace's Clinical Trial Management team as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager. You will work with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to drive clinical trial activities and ensure timely, accurate deliverables. This position offers intensive training, an international environment, and a pathway into clinical trial management. You will contribute to the administration and oversight of trials that advance cutting‐edge therapeutics, shaping processes and timelines. This is a chance to apply your analytical background in a fast‐paced setting with meaningful impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and clinical trial managers
Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
Compile and maintain project‐specific status reports in the clinical trial management system
Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites,



and third‐party vendors
Manage and perform quality control of internal regulatory filing system
Provide oversight and management of study supplies
Create and maintain project timelines
Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes
Responsabilità PhD in Life Sciences
Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast‐paced dynamic industry within an international team
Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience not required but advantageous
