As Drilling Proposal Manager, you lead a dedicated team to steer the tendering process for drilling projects, coordinating proposal activities and ensuring compliant documentation. You optimize contract awards and maximize the Saipem Drilling fleet utilization by analyzing requirements, guiding cost estimation, and shaping submission and negotiations. You work within the Business Development, Commercial & Tendering line, interfacing with Clients and Partners to define scope and strategy. This is a global, cross‐functional role with travel potential and a focus on sustainable, safe project delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and coordinate proposal activities,
