Job Title: Ground Operations Support Officer (m/f/d)

Location: Bolzano (BZ), Italy
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift work required)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ground operational activities across the SkyAlps airport network
- Assist passengers during operational disruptions and baggage handling situations
- Support the management of ad‑hoc charter flights from start to finish
- Work alongside the operations control center as an integral team member
- Help ensure smooth, efficient ground operations even during challenging events

Qualifications
- Background in airport ground handling
- Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
- Basic IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word

Language Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written Italian
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Additional languages are an asset

- Ability to handle non‑routine situations when workloads vary unexpectedly
- Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills
- Problem‑solving mindset – finding solutions, not excuses
- Continuous learning attitude – always improving
- Ability to work independently when needed

Work Schedule & Availability
Operations run around the clock. The schedule covers nearly the entire 24‑hour cycle, 7 days a week, varying with the season. Availability required for:
- Night shifts
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Public holidays
