Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee supplier qualification, audits, and quality oversight to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance across Bolton Food's global supply chain. You'll collaborate with internal factories and suppliers to identify and mitigate quality risks, support new product launches, and maintain robust documentation and KPIs. The position sits in the Quality Team at the Cermenate Plant and offers ownership of supplier performance and continuous improvement. You will help shape safe, compliant, high-quality products for consumers.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead supplier qualification and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
Manage supplier homologation, regulatory adherence, and global quality requirements
Schedule and perform supplier audits, track performance, and close corrective actions
Supervise on-site activities (production, shipments, port arrivals, inspections) ensuring release criteria are met
Provide technical quality control and food safety support to suppliers, especially for new product launches




Handle customer complaints with root-cause analysis and cross-functional resolution
Maintain and update supplier documentation, technical specs, KPIs, and reports in line with procedures
Responsabilità Bachelor in Food Science & Technology (or related field)
2–3 years in food production, quality, or supplier management
Knowledge of quality mgmt systems, HACCP, ISO, BRC, IFS
Experience in internal audits, quality control, and supplier audits
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills
Excellent communication and relationship management with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Detail-oriented with commitment to quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance
Ability to operate in dynamic, cross-cultural, international environments
Proficiency with digital tools and reporting systems
Experience in new product launches or technical supplier support (preferable)
