TheRole
ReportingtotheGlobalNaturalExtracts&BiostimulantsProcurementLead;,theProcurementSpecialistwill contributetotheeffectivemanagementofprocurementactivitiesinlinewithbusinessstrategy,qualitystandardsandefficiencytargets.
TherolewillplayanimportantpartintheglobalimplementationofthenewSAPS/4HANAsystem,helpingoptimisepurchasingprocessesandpromotesustainable,compliantoperationsacrosstheorganisation.Thisisavaluableopportunitytoworkinanternationalenvironmentonahigh-impacttransformationinitiative.
KeyResponsibilities
SupporttheglobalimplementationofSAPS/4HANA,contributingtotheoptimisationandstandardisationofprocurementprocesses.
Managesupplierrelationshipsfromscoutingandqualificationthroughtopurchaseorderissuance,monitoringefficiencyandcompliance.
Supportsuppliernegotiationsandallocatepurchasingrequirementstothemostappropriatesuppliers.
Maintainpurchaseorders,includingdelivery-dateandpriceupdates.
Monitortenderprocesses,preparebidanalysesandcontributetosupplier-selectionmeetings.
WorkcloselywithPurchasingandotherrelevantfunctionstoidentifyandcommunicatesupplyissuesthatmayaffectbusinessoperations.
SupporttheGlobalNaturalExtracts&BiostimulantsProcurementLeadininvestmentandotherstrategicprojects.;
CollaboratewiththeLegalDepartmentindefiningsupplycontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanypoliciesandstandards.
Monitorsupplierperformance,includingpost-contractperformance.
Provideguidancetointernalstakeholdersonprocurementprocesses,proceduresandeffectiveapproachestocomplexissues.
Ensurefulladherencetohealth,safetyandenvironmentalpoliciesandprocedures.
WhoWeAreLookingFor
2/3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,ideallyinProcurement,SupplyChainorrolessupportingcomplexprojects.
Stronginterestinpurchasingprocesses,operationalexcellenceandsustainability.
Goodunderstandingofsuppliermanagement,tenderingandpurchase-orderprocesses.
Proactive,results-orientedmindsetandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyindynamic,cross-functionalenvironments.
Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills.
GoodknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeSuite;familiaritywithERPsystems,particularlySAP,isanadvantage.
Knowledgeofcompanysystemsandwaysofworkingwillbeconsideredaplus.
ProfessionalworkingproficiencyinEnglish;Italianisrequired.
