Experteer Overview As CSA Supervisor you will oversee day-to-day site activities across civil, structural, and architectural works on a major Milan data centre project. You will ensure safety, quality, and progress align with the programme while coordinating with subcontractors and QA/QC teams. The role sits in the site delivery team within a leading data centre contractor expanding across Europe. This is a hands‐on role with a clear impact on project performance, constructability, and defect resolution. Retribuzione / Benefits Supervise daily CSA site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications Monitor subcontractor performance to drive productivity and keep to the project schedule Ensure works meet quality standards through inspections and addressing non-conformances Collaborate with QA/QC to meet inspections, documentation, and quality benchmarks Support planning activities, short-term lookahead programmes, and progress reporting Participate in coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings,
and internal planning reviews Review drawings to identify constructability issues and design clashes Assist with snagging/desnagging to rectify defects promptly Maintain strong Health & Safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance Keep accurate site records including daily reports and progress updates Responsabilità Qualification in Civil, Structural, or Construction Management (trade background also considered) 3–5 years' site supervision experience on large-scale construction projects Desirable experience on data centre or mission‐critical projects Knowledge of CSA construction methods and sequencing Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage works against programme Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and organizational skills Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations and best practices Requisiti fondamentali Negotiable basic salary Comprehensive package of net allowances Fully expensed acc
