Move with us for a better world Your Role We are looking for an experienced and skilled Finance Professionalto join our Subsidiaries Controlling Team at the Technogym Village. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner for our international subsidiaries, supporting performance management, operational excellence and strategic decision-making across multiple geographies. You will leverage your strong analytical background, business acumen and leadership mindset to drive value creation, enhance financial discipline and support the execution of Technogym's global strategy. Your Impact Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, covering actuals, forecasts, and budget, focusing across all the financial statements. Identify key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both local management and Headquarters. Support and challenge monthly business reviews with subsidiary leadership, highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities
