Responsibilities Support our European In‐Country teams to recruit high‐value sellers and creators to the platform through sales enablement content and partnerships with third parties and internal Tik Tok key stakeholders, such as trainings, webinars, and publications. Support in narrative diffusion – create toolkits, onboarding materials, case studies, and content that empower merchants and agencies to scale on Tik Tok Shop. Build Linked In and B2 B Tik Tok strategy. Industry & Community Building for positioning – B2 B online and offline lead‐generation event operational coordination across Europe with local teams and agencies, securing and raising the bar within a frugal mindset. Help strategically direct event selection and prioritisation. Performance & Data Analysis – track KPIs such as gross leads, impressions, reach, CPM channel performance, and provide recommendations. Cross‐Functional Collaboration – work with local teams, local marketing POC, and communications to align merchant messaging, showcases, and other strategic inputs to our work.
Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years in B2 B marketing, ideally on platform‐side e‐commerce, digital marketplaces, or social commerce. Strong understanding of Tik Tok, creator ecosystems, and online retail trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives. Fluent in multiple European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) to collaborate cross‐functionally across these regions. Both creative and analytical mind with a proven track record in data‐driven achievements. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience building acquisition funnels, growth campaigns, and partner programs. Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast‐paced environment, with flexibility and an aptitude for handling complexity. High attention to detail while maintaining a pragmatic solution‐orientation.
