You will drive growth by identifying opportunities and proposing strategic solutions, while coordinating with activation leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated initiatives. You will balance client strategy with profitable delivery, guiding teams toward measurable results and strong business outcomes. This position offers the chance to shape campaigns within a global agency environment and collaborate across media disciplines.

Responsabilità BSc or MSc in Marketing,



Communication, Economics, or related fields
5-6 years of experience in marketing/communication, preferably in agencies or multinational environments
Strong experience in Media Planning Digital (Performance); offline advantageous
Excellent written and spoken English
Proven people management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Project management experience for complex campaigns
Strategic thinking within Dentsu or similar frameworks
Negotiation and influence skills
Market insight for strategy refinement
Budget management and collaboration with activation teams
Buying strategy understanding and media optimization
Cross-media coordination for integrated campaigns
Audit management experience
