Key Responsibilities
- Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation with Copilot and agents.
- Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps to address client needs.
- Contribute to evolution of future-focused workplace transformation propositions.
- Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
- Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
- Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs.
- Use experience of client-facing engagements to build positive project relationships, run workshops and lead clients to success.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales support skills.
- Experience collaborating with development and testing teams in a continuous integration methodology.
- Passion for technology, customer value, and strategic outcomes.
