OverviewProspect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.Have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.ResponsibilitiesSales & Ordering Planning: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand.Inventory Management: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders.Marketing Strategy: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics.Dealer Management: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets.Relationship Management: Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts.Customer Satisfaction:
Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps.Operational Monitoring: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance.Retail Marketing & Logistics Execution: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies.

Candidates with sales management experience in Italy for automotive brands from China are preferred. xysqume Proficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as working language.
