In this role you will develop and execute visual content across campaigns and social channels, collaborating with copywriters, editors and other creatives. You'll translate client briefs into engaging concepts and formats, from ideation to final on-screen assets. The position sits at the creative core of the agency, contributing to ideas powered by people and culture. You will work hands-on with video and visual content while staying ahead of trends, with a focus on automotive and motorsport themes. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape how brands speak to audiences through vibrant, social-first storytelling.

Create short-form videos and scripts; film/edit TikTok and/or Reels
Develop mood boards and short-form video content
Support the team in answering client briefs
Understand culture and communities to inform content
Draft visual scripts and briefs for content production
Passion for the automotive and motorsport world
Willingness to frequent and extended business travel
Up-to-date on communication trends, languages and tools
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and formats
Ability to share inspiring references with the creative xysqume team and other departments
Appreciation for great work and ideas; push boundaries in art direction
Stay informed on new media formats and integrate them into campaigns
Turn social specialist knowledge into creative excellence
Autonomous work style with ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
