Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a global portfolio of digital service products. You will define scalable roadmaps, drive recurring revenue, and build cross‐functional teams to deliver impact across markets. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the development and management of a global portfolio of digital service products
Define product roadmaps, scaling models, and rollout strategies to grow recurring revenue
Build a uniform digital platform supporting sustainability offerings
Monitor KPIs and align with internal stage‐gate processes
Identify innovation opportunities and launch new products
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate cross‐functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D;
Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years in product management, service transformation, or similar roles
Strong commercial mindset focused on outcomes and value creation
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Experience with digital innovation and sustainability trends
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization
Strong analytical capabilities and data‐driven decision making
Proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast‐paced environment
