Experteer OverviewAs a Senior Financial Accountant, you will own the company's statutory accounting and lead full general ledger closings. Vuole candidarsi? You'll ensure accurate, well‐documented records and audit‐ready financials, with strong focus on internal controls in a fast‐moving fintech. You will work autonomously while collaborating with the accounting team to improve processes and efficiency. This role offers meaningful impact by supporting compliant financial reporting and tax readiness in a dynamic environment.Retribuzione / BenefitsFull General Ledger ownership and timely postings with robust documentationOversee subledgers, AP/AR ledgers, and bank reconciliation to clear suspense accountsPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for traceabilityManage fixed assets, capex accounting,



and payroll accountingCoordinate payroll accounting with external providers and ensure accruals and reconciliations align with statutory recordsSupport statutory auditors with structured documentationPrepare accounting data for VAT and other tax filings ensuring consistencyIdentify and implement improvements to accounting processes, controls, and documentationAdapt and take initiative to shape the role in a dynamic fintech contextResponsabilità≥5 years of accounting experience in fintech, finance, or corporate services with exposure to full closing cyclesSolid knowledge of local accounting principles (Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP); IFRS exposure is a plusProactive mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentAbility xrdztoy to independently manage complex accounting topics and contribute to the Accounting team's overall qualityStructured ERP experience and strong analytical and advanced spreadsheet skillsExperience with automation, data tools, or scripting‐based workflows is a plus; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a strong plusFluent in Italian
