At Fifth Beat, we need an expert who can shape strategies and craft services that perfectly balance user needs with business objectives. What You'll Bring to the Table (The Core)
Design-Business Hybrid: With your unique blend of service design expertise and business skills,



you're adept at crafting user‐centric services that effectively align with business objectives. You have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into innovative service solutions.
Research and Analysis: You're skilled in user research methodologies and business analysis techniques. Experience in strategic analysis and process mapping is a must.
Curiosity and Flexibility: Your experience navigating diverse sectors, clients, and business challenges is crucial. This role celebrates your adaptability and the broad perspective you've gained from working across multiple industries and projects.
Experienced Service Designer or Business Analyst: While we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds in UX, strategy, or business operations, this role isn't suitable for those seeking their first design or analyst position.
