Experteer Overview In this role you drive the cluster's marketing and communications strategy across Ibiza, Rome, and Milan, shaping a distinctive luxury brand expression aligned with Six Senses' global vision. You lead cross-property teams, oversee campaigns, content, partnerships, and guest experiences, and translate brand storytelling into commercial impact. You'll partner with commercial leadership to balance brand integrity with revenue growth in a multi‐market environment. This is a chance to influence how Six Senses is perceived at the intersection of luxury, culture, and sustainability. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and evolve the cluster's marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and local dynamics Establish differentiated property positioning and translate it into marketing plans Drive long‐term brand equity while supporting short‐ and mid‐term commercial performance Oversee content, storytelling, and creative direction across channels with luxury and cultural relevance Lead partnerships and collaborations with fashion, culture, wellness,



and lifestyle sectors Direct communications and PR strategy, agency management, and brand narrative across media and influencers Own the annual marketing calendar and oversee campaigns from briefing to delivery Ensure marketing is integrated with revenue objectives and performance tracking Lead and develop the cluster marketing team and coordinate with on‐property teams Translate marketing strategy into guest experiences and on‐property activations Monitor trends in luxury, hospitality, fashion, and culture to drive innovation Responsabilità 8-10+ years in senior marketing roles within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or related sectors Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Fluency in English; Italian and/or Spanish a plus Proven experience leading multi‐property or regional marketing functions Strong track record in brand building, partnerships, and high‐impact camp
