Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the performance of service contracts, ensuring compliance and delivery against targets. You'll own the customer relationship during the Service Contract phase and provide strategic input for commercial decisions. You'll maintain a complete view of the account, align cross‐functional teams, and steer negotiations toward value-based outcomes. This position supports Vestas' mission to accelerate the global energy transition through trusted service solutions.

Monitor compliance, performance, and delivery against targets
Own the customer relationship during the Service Contract phase and contribute strategic insights for commercial decisions
Maintain a 360 view of the customer account with cross‐functional alignment and reporting




Lead complex contractual discussions, negotiations, and settlements for best commercial outcomes
Identify opportunities for added value through service contracts
Responsabilità Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Solid foundation in statistics and basic economics
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis, translating insights into actions
Understanding of contractual frameworks and ability to interpret legal clauses
Previous experience in contract management
