Mentored by a Project Director, you will contribute to the delivery of complex EPC projects , particularly in the Energy and Data Center sectors.
Based in Milan, Italy , your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as on-site point of contact for subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle;
- Coordinate the construction phase for Civil, Structural & Architectural discipline , and site activities in collaboration with specialist teams;
- Monitor technical progress , budget, schedule and resources requirements;
- Supervise site operations , subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and efficient execution;
- Facilitate site meetings , manage unforeseen events;
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards ,
regulatory requirements, and best practices across all site operations.
This opportunity in V.I.E. contract will start in January 2027 for a initial duration of 12 months.
Recently graduated in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline, you are eager to gain experience delivering complex, highly technical construction projects . With strong leadership and interpersonal skills, you enjoy developing a broad project perspective and contributing to successful project delivery. You are fluent in English , and proficiency in Italian would be an asset.
