This position is intended for candidates belonging to Protected Categories with certification as beneficiary law 68/99 Art.1 (employment of people with disability) and law 68/99 Art. 18. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience working with digital organizations. Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the market. Preferred qualifications Internship, educational background, or foundational experience in digital marketing or TV, in an advertising agency environment. Experience with the Ad Tech ecosystem or programmatic buying. Foundational understanding of data analysis, with the ability to monitor key metrics and derive straightforward, actionable insights from spreadsheets or campaign dashboards. Ability to work in a collaborative role and environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.



Desire to learn and master digital marketing technologies, specifically programmatic platforms.
