Experteer Overview
As Client Director at ServiceNow, you will lead relationships with our largest accounts to drive strategic outcomes. You'll orchestrate virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to co-create AI-enabled solutions. You will grow global accounts by aligning resources and building trust from project teams to CxO level. You'll define roadmaps to elevate customer experience while achieving financial targets for licenses, renewals and services. This is a high-impact, enterprise software role in a fast-growth, mission-driven environment.

Responsabilità
- 10+ years of client management experience
- 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management
- Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales
- Record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients
- Travel up to 50%
