Experteer Overview In this role you drive the planning and delivery of Engineering Work Packages for space projects. You collaborate with cross‐functional teams to align deliverables, schedule, cost, and risk, ensuring quality within scope. You influence how work is organized, sourced, and executed across the project lifecycle. You join a global, engineering‐focused environment committed to delivering advanced space capabilities.
Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and structure Work Packages with the WP team, identifying deliverables, milestones, interdependencies, and resources
Launch WP with network diagrams, detailed schedules, cost structure, and supplier considerations
Execute WP to meet objectives, manage deviations, mitigate risks, and coordinate technical activities
Monitor and control WP progress, update schedules and risk/opportunity registers, report variances
Ensure quality and configuration item governance within the WP scope
Lead and coordinate stakeholders (team and suppliers), participate in project reviews




Capture lessons learned and implement improvement recommendations
Close WP by reconciling commitments, data, costs, and outcomes
Responsabilità Master in Engineering (or related field)

experience coordinating various technical activities
ability to produce synthetic, high-quality reports
strong problem‐solving skills
