Experteer Overview

In this role you lead the global PLAN process across the IM Transcend program, aligning solution delivery and governance to realize measurable business value. You own process standards, acceptance criteria, and the capability roadmap, and you collaborate with release and local teams to drive end-to-end transformation. You will shape how PLAN integrates with SAP S/4HANA and 7+ ERP systems, ensuring readiness and sustained value. You play a pivotal role in cross-functional governance and adoption.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Define and prioritize PLAN requirements, risks, and capability priorities
- Lead end-to-end solution exploration/design workshops and secure leadership engagement
- Approve PLAN directions, governance, and roadmap integrity across releases
- Assess design trade-offs, gaps, and cross-functional risks to ensure quality decisions
- Ensure operational readiness through SOPs, access management, and work instructions
- Oversee testing governance (BST, UAT, regression) and issue resolution




- Coordinate testing resources including Key Users and ERP test coverage
- Lead readiness governance and post-go-live stabilization to realize value
- Monitor adoption and drive continuous process improvements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with senior executives

Responsabilità
- 10+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- 5+ years of PLAN business experience
- 5+ years of business process design, xysqume engineering, or optimization
- Strong ability to articulate complex project details to senior executives
- Experience with SAP ERP implementations (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare) is a plus
- MRP and Source experience are pluses
- Experience with supplier collaboration tools (SCC, SNC) is a plus
- Proven cross-functional influencing and alignment at all levels
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
