Experteer Overview In this role you lead a 5–8 person backend team to turn product and business goals into a reliable technical roadmap. You collaborate across Product, Design and other teams to align priorities, while driving ownership and technical excellence. You hire, mentor and grow engineers, and communicate progress and risks to leadership in business terms. The position sits at the core of Satispay's mission to become the financial home for Italian businesses, offering impact at scale in a regulated, high-trust environment.

Responsabilità Engineering Leadership Experience: 5+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in squad-leading roles
Backend Expertise: strong distributed systems and API design
Proven Delivery Ownership: end-to-end delivery of complex features from scoping to production
Clear and Effective Communication in English with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for Fintech and financial products in a regulated, high-trust environment
