Experteer Overview As a Product Validation Engineer in Allegro's Milan Design Center, you will perform hands‐on bench evaluation of mixed‐signal devices and help shape product quality for high‐voltage solutions in e‐mobility. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to develop validation programs, analyze results, and drive design improvements. This role offers the chance to work in a cutting‐edge lab and contribute to safer, more sustainable technology. You will grow through mastering Allegro's validation methodologies and lifecycle insights, with a clear impact on next‐generation products.

Develop custom hardware and validation test programs for automated and manual bench evaluations
Analyze measurement data and contribute to product evaluation reports informing design improvements




Collaborate with project teams to execute test, evaluation, and qualification plans
Participate in multifunctional teams to address technical challenges and apply problem‐solving skills
Master Allegro's validation methodologies and internal tools across the semiconductor product lifecycle
Responsabilità Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
Fundamental understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
Solid grasp of statistics for data analysis
Programming skills in Python, C#, or MATLAB
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multifunctional environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Detail‐oriented with a commitment to high‐quality engineering and data integrity
