We're looking for a stellar Webflow Developer to join our team. You'll be responsible for implementing new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends, for identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring website security and for creating and optimizing landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion and user experience. You'll also support in defining and implementing the product and company marketing strategy.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as Webflow Developer or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of Webflow, including creating responsive layouts, using the integrated CMS, crafting interactions and animations without code, and managing complex projectsStrong understanding of website management and structured builds (including style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, and best practices for scalability and maintainability)Advanced skills in writing and editing HTML and CSS to customize designs and optimize websites for various screen sizesSolid JavaScript skills,
