Role Overview
A cross-functional junior role sitting at the intersection of operations, project management, and commercial support. The Junior Operations Specialist will help coordinate client projects and streamline internal processes, gaining end-to-end visibility into how a growing fintech operates from the inside - a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth work and internal operational processes within the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities,



gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with internal teams.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
Business Development Support: Assist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.
Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project managem
