Overview In this role you drive growth by building strategic partnerships between Amazon and third‐party grocers across Europe. You'll own the merchant pipeline, lead negotiations, and oversee technical onboarding to expand Amazon's grocery partners and customer selection. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to shape launch plans and go‐to‐market strategies. This position offers a chance to influence the future of grocery on Amazon and to work in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Benefits Own the business development pipeline and pitch process for prospective merchants
Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations with grocery partners
Serve as primary interface with merchants, coordinating technical onboarding during partnership launches
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Ops, PMs, Corporate BD, Tech, Marketing and others
Lead internal approvals and senior leadership alignment across negotiation phases

Develop launch business plans and Go‐To‐Market strategies with partner teams
Responsibilities Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Experience in developing, negotiating and executing complex business agreements
Background in Business Development/Vendor Management/Sales/Management Consulting/Investment Banking
Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high‐energy environment
Strong business judgment, communication skills, and execution mindset
High organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent collaboration and relationship‐building to earn trust across functions
