Location: Monaco, MC
Purpose
As Project Execution Excellence Manager, you define the department strategy and structure department activities in line with the Company objective of becoming a Learning Organization.
Responsibilities
People Management:
You understand Company requirements and appropriately assign tasks to team members.
You ensure that department employees have the right (level of) competencies to enable both current and future business priorities and needs.
You provide direction and guidance to your functional leadership team and community.
Methods & Tools:
You ensure alignment of Project Management Office processes and tools with Project Execution Directorate and Group functions to deliver appropriate solutions to the Business.
You plan activities to meet strategic objectives, for endorsement and implementation.
Interface with GRS:
You ensure cascading, sharing across Projects on Incidents, Key Learnings, good practices and new ways of working.
You organize and lead the Performance Improvement Committee and Excellence Ambassador community meeting.




You create synergies with the Business and other Group functions to build and deploy a coordinated approach.
Continuous Improvement:
You manage assigned improvement initiatives related to performance incidents investigations, Cold Eye Reviews, performance analysis and Learning from Performance.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
Extensive experience in project management or leading a department within a complex, large-scale projects environment focusing on strategy and excellence in execution.
Demonstrated expertise in aligning processes and tools across multiple business functions, with an emphasis on continuous learning and performance improvement.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and coordination, especially with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
