We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Forklift Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing professional material handling equipment solutions to customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, ports, and distribution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations based on customer operational needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments including service, parts, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline reports using CRM systems.
- Follow up on customer payments and support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in forklifts, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, material handling equipment, or commercial vehicles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling forklift brands or material handling equipment.
- Technical knowledge of electric forklifts, diesel forklifts, lithium battery forklifts, warehouse equipment, or industrial automation solutions.
- Existing network within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or construction industries. xysqume
