Experteer Overview In this role you will lead sales activities for the assigned business unit and region, aligning with commercial goals and after-sales targets. You will work with cross-functional teams to grow services, spares, and upgrades while developing new products to meet customer needs. You will manage direct customers and coordinate agents, ensuring accurate sales records and effective proposals. You will collaborate with the technical department to assess client needs and craft competitive offers.

Drive business development by identifying and promoting new products/services aligned with growth strategy




Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate agents and direct customers; support agents in standard proposals
Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers
Responsabilità Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar
4-5 years in a similar sales role with proven success
Strong passion for technical topics
Customer orientation / customer service mindset
International experience considered a plus
Fluent English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
