As a Senior Site Development Engineer at Arup in Milan, you lead the design and delivery of site infrastructure for technically demanding projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You act as project lead, interfacing with client teams from feasibility to completion. You define site survey needs, drive design through to permitting, and supervise civil construction. You also contribute to business development and share knowledge to raise service quality, all within Arup's collaborative, BIM-driven environment. and procurement Supervise civil construction works as part of clerk of works Support business development through client meetings, bid documentation, and mentoring teammates Promote knowledge sharing to maintain high service quality across the team Responsabilità Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years' consultancy experience Chartered professional status or in process of obtaining it Strong civil engineering design skills across surface water, foul water, energy, roads, earthworks, utilities Ability to produce drawings, specifications and reports to time and budget Knowledge of Italian regulatory and planning framework; experience managing projects through planning Ability to lead and manage the design process from concept to construction Experience managing internal xrdztoy and external design interfaces (architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical, electrical) Experience leading teams in digital/BIM environments and coordinating civil
