Experteer Overview In this role you will support the design, execution and analysis of oncology and rheumatology clinical trials, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. You will guide trial design, monitor efficacy and safety trends, and review regulatory and pharmacovigilance documents. You will interact with principal investigators and site staff, contribute to scientific publications and conferences, and work closely with cross‐functional teams to advance Philogen's development programs. This position offers a hands‐on opportunity to shape trial performance and scientific communication in a fast‐paced biotech environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Contribute to design, execution and analysis of clinical trials in oncology and rheumatology
Provide expert guidance in designing and writing clinical trials
Support monitoring of efficacy and safety by reviewing data and feeding analysis datasets

Review regulatory and pharmacovigilance documentation
Interact with Principal Investigators and clinical site staff to advance trials
Disseminate scientific knowledge through publications and conferences
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Project Managers, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations)
Model leadership for internal and external stakeholders in clinical trials and company strategy
Interact with regulatory authorities to support development programs
Responsabilità Degree in Medicine
Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and confidence in teams/departments
Ability to work independently
