within‐budget deliverablesOrganize and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and workshops with clear outcomes and documentationOversee project finances: cost estimation, budget tracking, risk management and performance reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting schedule, budget, and performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ESA, ASI) throughout the lifecycleResponsabilitàBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of program management experience in space missions or aerospace projects, preferably with ESA/ASIGround segment management experience is a plus (C2, telemetry, xrdztoy comms)Proven leadership in building and guiding cross‐disciplinary teamsDeep understanding of space mission standards and industry practicesStrong financial acumen with cost estimation and budget managementExcellent English comm
