Experteer Overview In this role, you will manage the financial health of data centre projects on-site in Milan, from cost planning to final accounting. You will work within a turnkey data centre team to safeguard value, monitor budgets, and guide procurement and contract decisions. You'll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and contractors to mitigate commercial risk and provide actionable financial insights. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale infrastructure delivery in Europe and contribute to mission-critical data centre builds. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and monitor budgets Prepare, issue and evaluate tender documents and provide commercial guidance Manage contracts, variations,
and claims to mitigate commercial risk Produce regular cost reports and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to assess and mitigate cost risks Responsabilità 5+ years' experience on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres) Relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requisiti fondamentali Accommodation 10/4 rotation Flights Healthcare Pension Overseas allowance 160 net per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
