In this role you lead international IT, acting as the primary liaison for tech solutions that power Evolus' global operations. You blend strategic leadership with hands‐on delivery, guiding cross‐functional teams and external partners to build secure, scalable systems. You'll drive governance, ITSM excellence, and alignment with the international strategy to enhance efficiency and customer experience. This is a collaborative, impact‐oriented leadership role at a fast‐growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international IT strategy and operations for global business
- Manage technology across Salesforce, ERP, and e-commerce platforms; translate business priorities into actionable tech outcomes
- Partner with business teams to triage needs and connect with technical/functional expertise
- Foster trust and alignment via stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration
- Ensure integration of international systems with enterprise standards and security controls
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to maintain security frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR,
SOX)
- Engage and manage external vendors to design and support scalable solutions
- Provide responsive end‐user IT support to maintain business continuity and positive user experience
Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT operations and support
- At least 3 years in management with performance optimization and team development
- Comprehensive IT infrastructure expertise (Entra ID, Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cloud)
- Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication
- ITIL proficiency with hands‐on Jira Service Management xysqume or similar
- Strong governance/compliance background (GDPR, SOX)
- Collaborative leadership and cross‐functional partnership
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem‐solving abilities
- Project management experience in fast‐paced environments
