Experteer Overview In this role you will support site networks across Europe, focusing on pre- and post-award feasibility and site selection to accelerate clinical development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance, build strong relationships with networks and flagship sites, and drive intelligence gathering on landscape and capabilities. You will work in a fast-paced Clinical Operations environment, contributing to pivotal studies and start-up activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with clinical research experience seeking to reduce travel while shaping site strategy and execution.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide ongoing site support and identify future business opportunities and feasibility assessments
Develop effective plans for site contact and follow-up
Support management in expediting feasibility, site selection and study start-up
Serve as site relations partner by overseeing and maintaining relationships of assigned sites
Conduct feasibility activities (standalone, blinded, initial, ongoing) and assist with site selection alignment

Research site landscape intelligence (KOL presence, site capabilities, country practices) relevant to patient population and recruitment
Build and maintain relationships with preferred site networks and facilitate master CDAs
Conduct regular performance reviews for sites and elevate site-related issues
Provide process improvement input for feasibility activities and serve as main contact for project teams on site updates
Participate in site qualifications, audits preparation support, and related tasks as assigned
Responsabilità Minimum 1 year of site and clinical trials experience
Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and GCP preferred
Fluency in English
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor of Science in health-related field (required)
CRA experience is an asset
