Your Role
The Warehouse Senior Team Leader is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations within a fast‐paced and dynamic logistics environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and team engagement. The role focuses on people management, process adherence, and performance optimization through a strong data‐driven and continuous improvement approach. Acting as a key operational leader, the Warehouse Senior Team Leader drives productivity, quality, and flexibility in alignment with business needs and evolving warehouse technologies.
