We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. Details: Venezia Milano Padova Roma Treviso Consultant Mid level WHAT WE 'R LOOKING FOR Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. How you'll make a difference Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across selected modules. Support pre‐sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments. Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines. Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery.



What we're looking for At least 4-6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations. Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation. Open to short, medium, and long‐term travel to client sites. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €34.000 to €44.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). Experience with Agile methodologies or Design Thinking.
