Business Development Executive (Turin) – Tempo pieno, on-site – Torino, PIE, IT.
Compensation: €35,000 - €60,000 OTE depending on experience.
Role Overview Reporting directly to the General Manager of Europe, the Business Development Executive will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development opportunities. The role involves working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities Consistently achieve sales targets.
Outreach: calling key decision‐makers via phone, email, and social touches to secure new business; in‐person meetings as appropriate.
Sell: present, promote, and demo products and services to prospective and existing partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Perform cost‐benefit and needs analyses with partners to align solutions to their objectives.
Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Monitor and report on industry market trends.




Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and record all call outcomes in the CRM.
Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable.
True hunter and strong relationship‐building ability.
Organised and able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Curiosity and a desire for continual growth and development.
Bi‐lingual fluency in English and another language.
Experience within the beauty and wellness industry preferred.
