The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
Location: Milan
Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday
Training: Full training provided

What You'll Do:
Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad –assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
Coordinatecareandtransport –workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
Guidepatientsandclients –ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
Collaborateglobally –liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
