To support its growth and strengthen its manufacturing organization, the company is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead and further develop its production site. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards,
and delivery schedules are achieved. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards across the site. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects, leveraging Lean Manufacturing methodologies and best practices. Monitor plant KPIs and define corrective actions to achieve operational objectives. Manage and develop cross‐functional teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Oversee production planning activities in coordination with Supply Chain and other business functions. Ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and production capacity. Support capital investment projects and plant development initiatives. Collaborate closely with corporate functions to align plant performance with business strategy. Qualifications Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines; additional management qualifications are considered a plus. Proven experience in
