You'll work cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline across project lifecycles and report outcomes to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role that shapes Technogym's future through sophisticated investment governance. flagging deviations and recommending corrective actions Support business development activities providing financial analysis, market sizing, and investment evaluation Collaborate with project managers, legal, and business development teams to ensure financial discipline throughout the lifecycle of each initiative Prepare clear and structured financial reporting for senior management and the CFO on project progress and economic outcomes Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, project finance, or real-estate investment analysis Strong financial modelling skills, including DCF, ROI, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning Experience managing or overseeing complex multi-year investment projects Solid understanding xrdztoy of real-estate economics, development project dynamics, and associated financial risks Ability to s
