Overview
The Global Platforms Operations Associate will be inserted in the Global Commercial Excellence, Systems and Metrics area and will be part of the Global Platforms Operations Team. This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract.
The Associate will be the CRM subject‐matter expert and point of contact for all platform users. They will lead efforts for continued education and support of the tool, ensure data quality and integrity, improve the knowledge base, safeguard adherence to global processes, and assist in resolving platform‐related issues.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Advocate for the CRM platform.
Contribute to knowledge sharing across regional teams and countries.
Collaborate with the Adoption & Success team to spread platform knowledge and best practices.
Lead communication for platform and process changes.
Produce documentation in English to illustrate how to use the CRM platform, transfer policies and correct ways of working, driving consistent usage.
Prepare specific platform user guides, training materials or video tutorials.
Organise and hold training sessions on processes to increase usage efficiency.
Cooperate with regional teams in implementing the CRM platform and its modules in affiliates, ensuring local requirements are clearly expressed.
Collaborate in the configuration of CRM modules according to local requirements.
Assist end‐users in daily operations.
Assist troubleshooting of ad‐hoc issues.
Escalate recurring technical issues to relevant support team.
Advocate for process and platform improvements, collecting country‐specific needs.
The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
Job Requirements
University degree with a preferable scientific background.
