Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role, you provide MES, Electrical and Automation support for the factory, contributing to CAPEX projects and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environment standards. You work within a cross-functional team to deliver technically sound solutions on time and within budget. You drive continuous improvement in product and process performance while safeguarding people and plant. This is an opportunity to shape the digital and automation landscape at Purina Italy and across the Nestlé network.

Prepare user and technical specifications; coordinate requirements from production and quality
Follow up solution development, pre-tests, implementation, and operator/maintenance training
Ensure asset safety and implement engineering tools at site level (NSAT, NET, AMM, etc.)
Maintain MES-E&A; documentation (SLD, URS, FDS, calibration procedures) and manage Change
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment,
product safety and product quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and product characteristics
Start-up and onboarding of technical equipment and production lines
Self-manage against KPIs/Objectives and track progress
Participate in multidisciplinary engineering projects across Electrical and Automation domains
Responsibilities Minimum 3 years in Automation and/or MES engineering with Electrical experience
Experience supervising technical teams, contractors or third parties
Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian preferred
University Degree in Engineering
Knowledge of MES-E&A; installations and related governance
Willingness to participate in engineering tools deployment and M&I; activities
Qualifications Permanent full-time role
Base salary €53,000 with 7% annual premio
Contract under CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato, 1 Level
