Analyze the evolution of the literature on the role of Artificial Intelligence ("AI") in Human Resource management processes. Examine how AI is reshaping work organization, both at the individual level and in team collaboration dynamics. Explore the interactions between AI adoption, flexible working models, and leadership styles. Investigate the opportunities, critical issues, and organizational implications related to the use of AI in workplace settings and Human Resource management. Evaluation Criteria Oral test aimed at ascertaining candidates' aptitude and suitability to carry out the research activity covered by the Fellowship,
